base and to keep current in their respective fields.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Provide work and personal references.
Maintain documentation of a current negative TB screening.
Maintain documentation of current C.P.R. certification.
Submit to and receive satisfactory results of a criminal background check.
Have reliable transportation and provide proof of current automobile insurance coverage.
Be eligible to work in the U.S.
Possess a caring and understanding attitude toward individuals who are elderly, disabled, or frail.
Be flexible and tolerant of varied lifestyles.
Be able to work under minimal supervision and with the guidelines of a care plan.
Be able to lift 50-75 pounds.
