The
MedSide Healthcare team works together

All of MedSide’s Healthcare professionals meet
our rigorous employee requirements, including a background
check and graduation from an accredited school for
their specialization.
Additionally, each employee receives
extensive orientation with MedSide’s operational
policies and procedures.
All disciplines must complete continuing education each
year and attend company in-services to increase their knowledge
base and to keep current in their respective fields.
Finally, each discipline adheres to a Code
of Ethics and ‘’accountability’’ rules concerning their conduct and accountability
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Provide work and personal references.
- Maintain documentation of a current negative TB screening.
- Maintain documentation of current C.P.R. certification.
- Submit to and receive satisfactory results of a criminal background check.
- Have reliable transportation and provide proof of current automobile insurance coverage.
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Possess a caring and understanding attitude toward individuals who are elderly, disabled, or frail.
- Be flexible and tolerant of varied lifestyles.
- Be able to work under minimal supervision and with the guidelines of a care plan.
- Be able to lift 50-75 pounds.
