- Assist client to prepare for bed
- Provide bath and/or bathroom trip
- Remind to take medications
- Assure that client is in bed with telephone, beverage and snack within reach
- Assure that home is secure for the night when leaving
Caregiver & Day - $200.00
- Assist client with getting up, bathing, grooming, dressing
- Prepare & serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, clean kitchen after use
- Launder up to 2 loads of clothes if washing machine is in home
- Remind client to take medications
- Straighten bathroom, bedroom and client’s living area
- Provide watchful oversight and companionship while primary caregiver is away
- Perform routine pet care
- Assist client to prepare for bed
Out & About - $100
- Assist client with visits to doctor, dentist, hair stylist, shopping, etc.
- Stay with client while out of the home
- Escort services to be provided in client/client’s designee’s vehicle (waiver of liability to be signed)
Night on the Town - $150.00
- Prepare and serve simple dinner, clean up kitchen
- Assist client with going to bed
- Watchful oversight in the evening while primary caregivers are away
BLD – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - $130
- Three separate trips to client’s home
- Three wholesome, nutritious, diet-appropriate meals
- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner prepared and served
- Kitchen clean up after each meal
- Medication reminders as needed
