Licensed Practical Nurse
JOB SUMMARY:
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for developing a plan of treatment and for providing skilled nursing services to the clients. These services must be in accordance with the plan of treatment and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The care is delivered at the client’s home.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The LPN must possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate from an approved Practical Nursing Program.
- Current Georgia LPN licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions.
- One year of previous home health nursing experience.
- Preference will be given to applicants with bi-lingual skills
