Since clients are seen on a 24/7 basis, there is always something going on work wise where employees can schedule work. If an employee just wants to work while his or her children are in school; that can be accommodated. If an employee can only work on the weekends, that can be accommodated. If an employee can only work in the evenings, that can be accommodated. Usually work times can be assigned to meet an employee’s personal and home schedule. |
